Rachel Brian, Founder & CEO
Rachel has a B.A. in Biology from Brown University and an M.Ed. in educational psychology, and started her career as a neuroscience researcher before transitioning into educational consulting. She is a lifelong artist whose work spans print illustration, animation, design, and graphic recording. Through Blue Seat Studios, Rachel and her incredibly talented production team have combined their passion for making art with an expertise in distilling complex concepts and a desire to make the world a more equitable place. She is also an accomplished author at Hachette Book Group, with two extremely popular illustrated children’s books—Consent (For Kids!) and the The Worry (Less) Book—and a third one on the way!
Alison Blackwell, Director of Storyboard Production
Ali is highly skilled in all genres of animation and illustration. She has over a decade of animation experience, and is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).

Enzo is a skilled salesman and a passionate artist with an expertise in photo & video production. He graduated Cum Laude from the Moses Brown School and attends Hamilton College, where he is studying government and philosophy. He holds real estate licenses in Massachusetts and New York.
